Most of my readers know that I like to read blogs from far-off countries, with interesting tales, facts and scenery, presented in photos, and anecdotal fashion. "This is Ghana" is one such blog.
The blog owner, Gayle, lives in Bolga, (not the one in Norway), and actually needed help with a blogging concern, and found an answer on Roberto's Report, which makes me happy. I tracked her down via her profile and spent the last hour - fascinated.
This photo of an elephant crossing the road, would make me check reverse gear, but I suspect life there is unpredictable.
Well worth the visit, folks. I've added her to Blogs I Browse - AND, my Google Reader / Follower !

MY MISSION
The Blogs I write about, or introduce here, are the Best of the blogs I visit. My aim is to promote them so others may enjoy them, too.
No preferences are given.
If I think it's worth a visit, I write it up. I am not appraising good, or bad points. That's subjective. Just visit-ability and interest.

- Roberto
- I've been (fully) retired since 2000, when I was 49. I've travelled a fair bit, and lived for a while in Bali, then 6 years in Thailand. Married three times and regret a couple of them, though I'll never say which. I've got two very smart, and beautiful daughters, in whom I am well pleased. I like cooking, reading, watching sports on TV, and playing my guitars. I love my family times. I started blogging somewhere in 2005 and with the help of a friend, Chuck, in USA, and a lot of searching for facts, I started to understand a little about this wonderful pastime. I'm not like many bloggers, - I do it for enjoyment - not profit.
